Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl with a whisk
Mix the peanut butter, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a different bowl until everything is well mixed
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed
Don't mix it too much; a few lumps are fine
Put a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with oil or butter
For every pancake, put 1/4 cup of pancake batter on the pan
Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook the other side until it's golden brown
Do it again with the rest of the batter
Add your favorite toppings, like maple syrup, banana slices, or peanut butter chips, and serve warm
