Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat
Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good
Put in onion powder, heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper
Let it cook for 5 minutes
Add the crumbled cheddar cheese and mix it in until it melts and is smooth
Put broccoli florets and shredded chicken in a baking dish
Cover the broccoli and chicken with the creamy sauce
Grate some Parmesan cheese on top
Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is crisp and golden brown
