Smoky Oven Baked Salmon with Horseradish Sauce



This horseradish sauce and smoked salmon baked in the oven is a tasty and healthy dish that's great for any event. Using smoked paprika and garlic powder together gives the salmon a great smoky taste, and the horseradish sauce gives it a tangy kick. It's simple to make and will wow your guests!

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put the salmon fillets on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Put olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together

The salmon fillets should be brushed with the spice mix

The salmon should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and flaky when pierced with a fork

Make the horseradish sauce while the salmon is in the oven

Put horseradish, honey, lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill in a bowl and mix them all together

Horseradish sauce should be served on the side with the hot baked salmon
